Dino Cotton has been an Anthem resident since 2013 and has served on the Anthem Community Council Board since 2017. Now in his sixth year and currently serving as Chairman, Dino is dedicated to preserving Anthem’s character while guiding its growth with a forward-thinking, community-first approach. In addition to chairing the Councils, Dino leads the Growth Committee and represents the region as Chairman of the City of Phoenix Rio Vista Village Planning Committee. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to bring people together around common goals, whether working with municipal partners, developers, or fellow residents. Professionally, Dino is the founder and Chief Talent Officer of a technical recruiting and consulting firm, helping businesses find the right talent and professionals find meaningful careers. A father of four, Dino and his wife are active participants in local events, youth sports and community programs. With a focus on transparency, long-term planning and shared values, Dino continues to champion initiatives that enhance the quality of life and ensure a thriving future for Anthem.
